Giants Scouts Reportedly Eyeing Shedeur Sanders as Future QB1
The buzz around Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders continues to grow, and...
Tensions are flaring as the Grand Jury presiding over the Tamir Rice case has decided NOT to indite any of the Officers involved in the shooting. For those that remember, Tamir Rice was a 12 year old boy who was shot on arrival by police after they were called by a “concerned citizen” who saw Rice playing with a toy gun.
I’m not going to sugarcoat anything. Ohio is an open carry state but for some reason when it comes to young black men those rights are not respected. Nor are their lives. Remember this is the same state in which John Crawford was similarly killed for playing with a BB gun in Walmart (a settlement was paid to Crawford’s family.)
The people of Ohio want something done and are looking to the local hero Lebron James for some help. A campaign titled #NoJusticeNoLebron has been launched by Twitter user @TariqToure urging LBJ to do something.
Should Lebron sit out? I don’t think it really matters at this point. People have to be more strategic about protecting the young people of the black community (the only one that’s constantly killed like this.)
This would start with proper organization backed by proper financing. I would go into it deeper but its easier to direct you to the Hidden Colors 2 and 3 DVDs.
Until power is met with equal power (and finance) this will never end.
