Back in the day, the Denver Broncos once wore orange pants as part of their road uniforms along with blue helmets and white jerseys. That was back when the team also wore their “orange crush” jerseys as the home combination.
Ever since the Broncos have gone to their modern look, I’ve always wondered why they did not do the obvious thing and make orange pants for them. The team has switched to the orange alternate as the new home jersey, and now they finally will have orange pants to match in 2012 according to reports.
