Shilo Sanders Draft Stock Takes Hit After Struggles Versus K-State

The answer is a resounding no. No, no, no, no, no, no, no!
It makes me sick to my stomach when fellow Bronco fans kick this idea around on message boards. Alexander is over the hill and worn out. He’s done.
Ever since Curtis Martin edged him out for the rushing title a few years ago and Alexander got his big contract he has been a different back. He isn’t the goal line threat he used to be, seeking contact whenever possible to get one in for six. He has now been reduced to a back that tries to make people miss, runs to avoid contact, and not to get hurt. And to add the cherry on top of that he has never had speed.
Alexander is an injury prone, old, slow running back that Denver could live without. If we are going to roll the dice on older players I’d much rather see Mike Anderson back in Mile High.
