The NBA has a plan in order to start the season at Disney and will resume on July 31st, ending with game 7 of the NBA Finals on October 12th.
There are some people who think that they are coming back too quickly, but as long as COVID19 testing is done regularly I don’t see a problem with it. The players will be self contained in hotels and only be around staff and other players. As long as no one breaks quarantine they can safely play given everyone that’s in the “bubble” tests negative.
We’ll see how this pans out.
Please remember there are still 1.8 million cases of COVID19 out there with over 160,000 fatalities. We have a long way to go before it is ever really safe again.
