Cam Newton Signs With the Patriots – 1 Year Deal

Welcome back to the NFL Cam Newton. The former MVP and Carolina Panthers franchise player has now found a new home in the league. He will be signing a 1 year deal with the Patriots to see if he can beat out Jarrett Sitdham for a starting job.

Former NFL MVP Cam Newton has reached agreement on a one-year, incentive-laden deal with the New England Patriots, league sources tell @mortreport and me.

Newton now will step into the mix to try to help replace former Patriots’ QB Tom Brady.
