Giants Scouts Reportedly Eyeing Shedeur Sanders as Future QB1
The buzz around Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders continues to grow, and...
Justin Herbert of Oregon recently had his 2020 draft combine and many attended as the quarterback is drawing a mid-late first round grade. He came in impressive at around 6’3, 230 and threw the ball very well from simulated center snaps. Herbert puts a good spin on the ball and has a cannon, that was never at question.
The question has always been the leadership qualities of Herbert and is laid back persona. We’ve seen that same persona doom talented players like Marcus Mariota but also allow laid back guys like Drew Lock to succeed. It really depends on the team and locker room that type of player goes into.
Herbert will most likely be the third or fourth quarterback taken behind Jordan Love. This draft has a lot of project QBs but only two franchise guys at the top.
