It is a really messy situation. The NFL has basically blackballed Colin Kaepernick for three seasons for doing nothing more than engaging in a peaceful protest that did not hurt or disrespect anyone.
Colin settled with the league but even now, it seems like the league is not ready to put things behind them. The agent for the 49ers QB has released a statement that explains why Colin is still looking for a chance to show his talent.
