The Broncos missed out on Lock & Haskins earlier so they move up just ahead of the Dolphins who even though most people think are not going QB in 2019, as well as the Patriots just to be safe. They also get a 5th year option & for the 2nd year Joe Flacco has a rookie QB breathing down his neck.
