Shilo Sanders Draft Stock Takes Hit After Struggles Versus K-State
Known for his hard-hitting style, Shilo Sanders has been criticized for...
6. Bengals: Drew Lock QB Missouri
Bengals Needs: O line, Linebacker, QB I think it’s time they moved on from Andy Dalton, he’s never been great in the postseason, and just simply hasn’t helped the Bengals improve. They go after Drew Lock. Lock throws with accuracy and poise. He has an elite release and gets the ball out quickly going through progressions. He plays in the SEC so he knows how to play in an NFL type offense. He doesn’t have great arm strength, so he could improve in this area.
7. Cardinals: Trey Adams OT Washington
Biggest Needs: O line, LB, CB The Cardinals lucked out in getting Rosen this year, but they need to surround him with talent primarily the O line. The O line hasn’t been good for the Cardinals. Adams could have been a first round pick in this past draft if he would have come out and not gotten injured. But Adams is a good player in the run game, but still needs work as a pass protector. He can play on the right side until he is ready.
8. Browns: Rashan Gary DT Michigan
Biggest Needs: Everything but QB The Browns can realistically go after any position in this draft and be okay, but adding pass rushers can go a long way to improving their defense. They were destroyed by media and fans for not going with Chubb, but I understand their reasoning at the time. Gary is a freak athlete capable of playing anywhere and everywhwere on the line. He has elite quickness. If there is a complaint it’s that I don’t know where to play him, because he’s a bit of a tweener.
9. Ravens: A.J. Brown WR Ole Miss
Biggest Needs: Pass rush, O line, offensive playmakers The Ravens haven’t had a threat at WR in years, and they go with AJ Brown, who is a decently sized player, but also has elite speed, and good hands. He didn’t really show up against the best competition last year, but that can change.
