The Patriots are losing way too many players along the defensive front. While their D is still good, eventually the lack of numbers will hurt the Pats. They traded Collins and Jones, Hightower, Sheard, and Long are FA. The Pats go with Walker who is an excellent player who can play DE in a 4-3 best, but can also play in a 3-4. He’s 6’3″ 272 lbs. He plays with power and excels in stopping the run and getting into the backfield. He is also able to use his arm like a club ripping the ball out consistently. He plays with power that throws off OT. He needs to improve his pass rush ability though, but as a run stopper he is an immediate contributer to the Pats.
