Texas Fires Head Coach Charlie Strong?

The University of Texas has been pretty bad since the days of Colt McCoy and Jamaal Charles. They’ve rebounded a little bit but never really got back to prominence. Charlie Strong was supposed to fix all of this, but as of today his reign is rumored to come to an end.

Word that Texas has fired Charlie Strong is not official yet:

I'm told report of Charlie Strong already being fired is not accurate. Those conversations have not been had at this point, per source.
