The Packers trade picks 27, 88(3rd rd) & 140(4th rd) to the Bills for pick 19. This trade is within 2 pts on the value chart. The Packers rarely a team that makes big moves but they have had to play Clay Matthews inside the last 2 seasons so getting a talent like Ragland will allow him to move back to his most dominant positions as a pass rushing OLB.
