Matt Stafford Signs Three Year Extension With Lions

Looks like the Lions will not be needing a new quarterback any time soon. Former #1 overall pick Matthew Stafford has earned a new contract according to team sources.

With his up-and-down play some fans may be thinking why commit to Stafford, but at this point there may not be a better option for the Lions.
