Oklahoma PG Marcus Smart has announced that he will not enter the 2013 NBA Draft and will indeed return for another season in college. This is a very surprising move considering he is a sure top 5 pick and the #1 guy in the entire draft isn’t even playing right now (Nerlens Noel).
