Silas Redd to Announce “The Decision” Tuesday

We all know that Silas Redd is going to bounce.  Why would he not?  He has nothing left to prove at Penn State, he can’t play in a post season game, and to be quite frank the team is going to be pretty bad.  When someone wants to bring you to Southern California that’s a phone call that is extremely tempting.

Silas Redd is expected to announce at some point this week — perhaps as early as Tuesday — that he will be transferring to USC.

There is word that USC players want this guy so badly that some of them would give up their scholarships .  That is totally unnecessary as the team can still offer Redd and just forfeit a schollie in 2013.
