Another day, another running back declares for the NFL Draft. That makes it 12 underclassmen runners to throw their names in the hat. Alvester Alexander out of Wyoming is the latest to do so.
I said just a few days ago that the value of the “can’t miss” running back is dwindling in these current times… and I cannot feel any more correct. With 12 underclassmen running backs it is likely that every team that wants to draft a running back this year will get the chance to do so.
